Fencing Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fencing Coach to join our team at Impact Kids. As a Fencing Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fencing instruction and coaching to students aged 4-18 with varying skill levels.

• Design and deliver engaging fencing lessons, focusing on fundamental techniques, footwork, and strategies to promote skill development and proficiency.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all students, enforcing proper fencing equipment usage and supervising practice sessions.
• Develop and implement daily plans that are fun, creative, and tailored to the needs of the students.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Model excellent behavior and adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and Core Values at all times.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a coaching or instructional role.
• 1-5 years of fencing/youth sports coaching experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Be prepared to travel and respond to emergency situations that may require physical activity. Good physical condition is essential for this role.
