Job Title: Registered Nurse NOC Shift

Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse NOC Shift will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring patients, implementing treatments, and developing patient care plans. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients
  • Monitor patients' conditions and implement treatments as needed
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and perform other medical procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
  • Nursing experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital
  • Nursing Degree or a graduate of an approved RN Program
