Job Description:

As a seasoned Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our interdisciplinary treatment team and providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients. Your expertise in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the treatment team in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, including psychiatric, physical, and neurological examinations.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including medication management and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • At least 5 years of experience in psychiatric mental health nursing, with a focus on leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
