Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator

Join Sudberry Properties, Inc. as a Lifestyle Coordinator and take on a dynamic role that combines event planning, customer service, and community engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our residents and promoting a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute resident events, including social gatherings, community activities, and special occasions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, neighboring businesses, and local vendors to foster a sense of community and promote our property.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring a positive online reputation and engaging content.
  • Actively market our property through outreach and promotional activities, including creating and distributing community newsletters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with resident retention through community events and activities.
  • Participate in company-required training and adhere to all Sudberry Properties standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in residential event planning and customer service.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and situations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
