  • Meet, greet, and assist all valet drive-up customers at their cars, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Follow Company protocols for new customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Attend Company-offered training and education sessions, staying up-to-date on the latest customer service best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the Company, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer phone and personal relations, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consultatively assist customers with cleaning, stain, and/or finishing needs and/or concerns, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment, ensuring a high level of quality control.
  • Mark-In incoming customer orders, identifying garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tagging, marking, and classifying all pieces, and inputting information into the computerized register.

Requirements:

  • No minimum education requirement.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
