Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of therapists providing specialized care to pediatric patients.
- Ensure effective treatment plans are developed and implemented based on individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in both home health and outpatient clinic settings, providing flexibility and variety in your daily routine.
Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of up to $83,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
