Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging activities that cater to the needs and interests of children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, documenting and sharing milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
  • Pass required state and company background checks.
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • At least 12 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
