The Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment within the workplace. The primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring cleanliness of designated areas.
• Performing sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors as necessary.
• Restocking paper products in designated locations (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper).
• Collecting and disposing of waste in assigned receptacles.
• Adhering to all company policies and established procedures.
• Upholding safety and security standards set by the company.
• Maintaining productivity levels in alignment with company expectations with minimal supervision.
• Treating all colleagues with respect and dignity.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reporting any supply needs, repairs, or maintenance to supervisors.
• Ensuring quality performance in all assigned duties.
• Executing additional tasks as assigned.

• Ability and willingness to learn various tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Integrity and capability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Preferred experience in housekeeping, cleaning, personal care, or janitorial roles.

• Ability to navigate through assigned work areas.
• Frequent reaching and lifting.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Capability to handle various cleaning materials and substances.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
