Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

At ABHS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to mental health clinicians, leading weekly clinical meetings, and overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of clinicians, including facilitating individual and group clinical supervision, leading weekly clinical meetings, and providing therapist coaching and training.
  • Direct care to clients, including managing a caseload of 1-2 groups and facilitating 1-2 groups per week in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
  • Administration, including on-call responsibilities, onboarding and training of new clinicians, and reviewing and signing off on all mental health documentation.
  • Leadership, management, and accountability, including leading the team to complete tasks and goals, maintaining the company's mission and values, and enforcing quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and full licensure in the state of practice, with a supervisor credential at the time of hire or within one year of offer acceptance.
  • 1+ years of experience at a supervisory level working in a mental health treatment facility or training in lieu of.
  • Strong clinical supervision, leadership, and management skills, with experience in crisis management and suicide intervention.
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and virtual, HIAA-compliant meeting platforms.
Core Competencies:
  • Proper English and grammar, usage, and spelling.
  • Software application related to the field, including Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulatory bodies, and Joint Commission regulations.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and EHR systems.
  • Professional phone and customer service demeanor, including email etiquette.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 20-50 pounds.
  • Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, and driving.
  • Close eye work, including computers, typing, reading, and writing.
Environmental Factors:
  • Communicable diseases.
  • Hot/cold temperatures.
  • Environmental conditions may vary.
