Job Title: Dietary Host

Job Summary:

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a skilled Dietary Host to join our team. As a Dietary Host, you will be responsible for checking patient trays for accuracy, updating and preparing nourishment and tube feeding labels, and taking meals orders for patients. You will also be responsible for providing meals to patients with appropriate diets and making on-the-spot changes when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Checking patient trays for accuracy

• Updating and preparing nourishment and tube feeding labels

• Taking meals orders for patients and tallying amounts to provide the information to production

• Preparing tube feeding accurately

• Providing meals to patients with appropriate diets and making on-the-spot changes when necessary

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred

• Knowledge of modified diets required

• Prior food service experience is desired

Skills:

• Ability to operate alpha numeric pager

Worker Type: Regular
