Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and program HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain direct digital control system components to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and identify areas for improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Add, modify, and delete computer programs for energy management systems to optimize energy usage and reduce waste.
  • Maintain inventory, purchase replacement parts, and maintain records and reports to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building automation systems, with a strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices.
  • Ability to interpret and apply blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
