Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Extraction Supervisor to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the extraction and production operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Oversee the extraction and production processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Monitor and control the quality of products, ensuring they meet company standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology
  • Experience in cannabis extraction and production, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computer-operated systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety
