Job Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing individualized plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Document patient information accurately and completely, using standardized forms and electronic medical records.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
- Basic computer skills required; prior experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
