## Job Summary

AccentCare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Odessa/Midland, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and helping individuals achieve their health goals.

## Job Responsibilities

* Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

## What We Offer

* Competitive salary range: $98,000 - $112,000 per year

## Qualifications

* Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
* Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation
* Minimum nine months of experience as a physical therapist, with preferred community/home health experience
* Valid CPR certification and a licensed driver with reliable transportation
