Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals and experience in marketing.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, preferably with a property and casualty license and ability to obtain a life and health license.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
