Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with our clients to provide individualized support and care, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in private individual/family homes and community settings.
  • Teach, support, and maintain skills, behavior, social, and recreational programs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their homes and communities.
  • Provide transportation when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff and management.
