Job Title: Night Auditor

At Bosselman Motels, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and balance all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments.
  • Verify and reconcile all financial reports and statements.
  • Perform nightly audits to ensure the accuracy and security of our financial systems.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
