">We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Schwan's. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing control networks, as well as performing complex repairs on plant equipment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design, maintain, and optimize control networks, including ladder logic programming and plant software calibration.
- Perform complex repairs on plant equipment, ensuring proper electrical performance and operation.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings and diagrams to perform maintenance on or install plant equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and similar problems and apply corrective action.
Requirements:
">- Detailed understanding of PLCs, Factory TalkView Studio, RSLogix500, Studio 500 Professional, and Panel View 32.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
