Job Title: Student Recruitment Manager

PUC Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment and enrollment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and local organizations to promote our schools and programs
  • Collaborate with school leaders and operations staff to improve enrollment operations systems and processes
  • Design and implement recruitment materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families and students
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, enrollment, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
