We are seeking a Medical Care Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital, where our nurses are celebrated for their dedication and empathy towards patients. As a Medical Care Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services.

In collaboration with the RN and other members of the care team, you will provide individualized comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty. Your duties will include providing direct evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN, assisting with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed, and performing lab and procedural tests within your scope of practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date, a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license, and a Vocational School Graduate degree. You will also serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
