Key Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the service department to ensure optimal operations.
- Promote department growth through strategic business initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, timelines, and project strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Organize and schedule maintenance, service tasks, and field staff.
- Control inventory levels and supervise material procurement.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance for service-related challenges.
- Evaluate small projects and support larger project assessments.
- Coordinate maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
- At least 10 years of experience in service department leadership and sales.
- Familiarity with Constructware or comparable software is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints.
- Capability to assess small projects and assist with larger project evaluations.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
