Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing information on store policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in challenging situations.
Store Operations:
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with daily tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation Details

$15.00 per hour
