Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing individualized patient-centered care to a diverse patient population, utilizing evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care.
  2. Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
  3. Optimizing patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
  4. Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
  5. Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patient care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
  2. Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
  3. BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
  4. 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
