Job Summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer to join our team in Boise, ID. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure safety equipment is properly set up and used.
  • Conduct inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, documenting findings for company and client records.
  • Serve as a flagger for moving equipment and vehicles on the job site.
  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Assist in the installation of various roofing systems, including single-ply membranes, metal, shingles, and coatings.
  • Perform emergency repairs and apply tarps to prevent potential leaks.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to become a certified installer for multiple roofing material brands.
  • Update job status in the CRM, including daily progress reports and photo documentation.
  • Travel to supply houses to pick up necessary materials on the day of installation.
Requirements
  • 1 year of roofing experience (commercial preferred).
  • 1 year of General Construction experience.
  • OSHA 10 Certified (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, kneel, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Must successfully complete a drug screening.
  • Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record screening.
