Cybersecurity Specialist with Expert Threat Detection and Response

Parker's Kitchen is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in enhancing our cybersecurity posture. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading vulnerability management, conducting threat analysis, and implementing security solutions to protect our systems and data.
Responsibilities- Lead Vulnerability Scanning and Remediation Program: Conduct regular scans using tools like Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7, and ensure timely patch management.
- Work Closely with Infrastructure and Development Teams: Address critical vulnerabilities in a risk-based manner, ensuring seamless security operations.
- Serve as Primary Point of Contact for SOC Escalations: Conduct detailed analysis of escalated alerts, ensuring quick containment and mitigation.
- Utilize Threat Intelligence: Refine detection mechanisms and optimize SOC monitoring.
- Coodinate and Lead Full Lifecycle of Incident Response: Identify, contain, eradicate, recover, and post-incident reporting.
- Minimum 3-4 years of Information Security job experience.
- Expertise in Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) with SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, or similar tools.
- Vulnerability Management: Proficiency with Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, or other vulnerability management platforms.
- Network Security: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, IDS/IPS, and firewall configurations.
- Security Frameworks: Working knowledge of PCI DSS and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- $120,000 - $160,000 per year salary, depending on experience.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
