Job Description

Job Summary:

Armada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist I - Visitor and Access Control to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and performing various security-related tasks, including visitor control, access control, and security clearance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Control: Conduct visitor control tasking, provide visitor and access control services, and manage visitor requests.
  • Access Control: Monitor and manage access control systems, verify identities, and issue visitor badges.
  • Security Clearance Management: Manage security clearance processes, including reviewing and processing security clearance requests, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Site Security Management: Manage site security, including monitoring CAC cardstock and consumables, verifying policy and procedure compliance, and performing site administration and security tasks.
  • Verifying Official (VO) Services: Serve as the primary individual responsible for issuing CAC/ID Cards, protect the privacy and confidentiality of data, and verify the identity of card recipients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in security-related fields, including visitor control, access control, and security clearance management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in security-related software and systems.
