BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the Lower Bucks County area.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and empathetic RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing palliative care to clients in their homes, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Responsibilities:- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
- Flexible schedules for work-life balance: full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call.
- 1:1 hands-on training supplemented with virtual learning.
- Ability to perform 1:1 direct client care and advocate for clients' needs.
- 24/7 clinical support as part of a larger care team with the highest safety standards.
- PTO and benefits offerings based on commitment level.
- Continued education and training; tuition reimbursement.
