Job Opportunity: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at the Korean Women's Association. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

About the Role

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to our clients.

Requirements
  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
