REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Office Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists with operations during sale events
  • Organizes and archives documentation
  • Manages paperwork associated with sales
  • Undertakes additional tasks as directed by management
  • Prepares dealer materials
  • Serves as clerk during auctions and collaborates with auctioneers
  • Provides backup for phone operations
  • Coordinates employee parking logistics
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in auctions or 2-4 years in a dealership setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Internet and MS Office.
  • Capacity to adapt and perform effectively in a continually evolving environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of products is beneficial.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
  • Vision capabilities include close, distance, and depth perception.
