BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a talented and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' own homes, using your clinical skills and expertise to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each client. This may include performing thorough evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.

To be successful in this position, you should have a current license as a Speech Language Pathologist, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist, and possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Prior home healthcare experience is welcomed but not required. We offer extensive paid training and state-of-the-art simulation labs to ensure you feel comfortable and confident before your first visit with your favorite new client.

This is a full-time or part-time, pay-per-point position, offering flexible schedules for work-life balance.
