About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Support Worker to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with ADLs, including mobility devices and care of ADL devices.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status.
  • Provide assistance with laundry and recreation activities as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and disasters, using tactful communication techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident incidents and document special paperwork.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid NH Licensed Nursing Assistant License and basic knowledge of Life Line and PHB systems. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Benefits and Opportunities

Dartmouth Health offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
