Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse, RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, RN to join our team at Avantara Milbank. As a Registered Nurse, RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Lead and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents and their families to ensure their needs are met
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse, RN license
  • Prior Registered Nurse, RN experience preferred, but not required
