Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor discrepancy resolution. This involves preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts receivable ledger, investigating and resolving irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable, and resolving vendor discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

This position also requires collaboration with the sales and customer service departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the AR Specialist will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable and ensuring compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, particularly related to accounts receivable, is essential. The candidate should also have proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, and experience with accounting software, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
