Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a CT Technologist in San Antonio, Texas.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment, ensuring accurate images, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Position patients correctly for scanning and use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Evaluate CT scans for quality and follow safety procedures when working with radiation
  • Maintain accurate patient records and understand the McKesson PACS system
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography
  • State-specific licensing when required
