Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an MDS Assessment Nurse Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a premier provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care services in the Madison, WI area.
Key Responsibilities
As an MDS Assessment Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing state and federal guidelines related to the MDS process, completing the MDS process, and ensuring that all is current and implemented. You will also be delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program. You must also have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Wisconsin, as well as two years of long-term care experience. Additionally, you must have an intimate knowledge of the MDS process and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay. We also offer company-paid life insurance, LTD, and AD&D, as well as advancement and scholarship opportunities.
