Host and Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team at Superior Grill Shreveport. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their assigned dining area, and present menus in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Flow Management: Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Guest Needs: Anticipate and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring they receive high-quality service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service staff to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate wait times and guest information.
• Physical Demands: Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift and carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.).
• Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
