Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the care plan developed by our registered nurse.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the agency's RN or Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • CNA certification, or...
    • HHA Certificate (minimum 40 hours) or ...
    • Capability to pass an HHA competency assessment and demonstrate all necessary skills.
  • At least one year of experience as a CNA or HHA.
  • Compliance with AHCA's employment standards for home health agencies.
