This is an advanced professional position that involves leading significant projects, providing technical expertise, and guiding team members. The role encompasses high-complexity projects that may impact various systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of software applications.
  • Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborating with clients, business analysts, architects, and team members during project planning.
  • Monitoring project timelines and identifying potential risks to schedules.
  • Leading the evaluation and selection of software or middleware solutions.
  • Facilitating communication and training for the successful adoption of new tools.
  • Conducting feasibility studies for custom and commercial software alternatives.
  • Analyzing existing applications to identify areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of programming and systems analysis experience.
  • At least 3 years of project experience with Angular (version 9 or higher).
  • Demonstrated experience with Java and Spring Boot for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in responsive and adaptive UI/UX design or development, including HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services or APIs and related tools like Postman and Swagger.
  • Knowledge of data exchange formats such as JSON, YAML, or XML.
