Traveling Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary:

TRS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Travel Nurse. As a PICU Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of SC
  • 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • 1 year of recent experience specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
