Dietitian Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to fill a part-time position at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC in Youngstown, OH. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $30.

Job Overview:

This PRN opportunity involves providing nutrition therapy services to multiple accounts in the Youngstown region. As a registered dietitian, you will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to support patient satisfaction and achieve quality care that meets each patient's nutritional needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive nutritional assessments and intervention plans
• Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff on nutritional needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessment results, including nutritional goals and interventions
• Foster collaboration with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements
• Participate in patient rounds and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credential with Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Proficiency with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets
