Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide to assist in the administration of medications, report errors, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key member of our healthcare team, working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician">
  • Identify and report any medication errors">
  • Participate in programs aimed at improving medication safety and reducing errors">

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, and hold a valid Certified Medication Aide certification. We also require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, as well as benefits including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee assistance program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and free life insurance.
