Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care: Plan and conduct group therapy sessions, patient intake assessments, and treatment planning. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques, establish treatment plans, and consistently provide independent therapy sessions.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team, attend required meetings, and effectively manage a caseload of patients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and onboarding support for new hire Counselor I and offer mentorship to new hire counselors.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1+ year as Counselor I or relevant experience
  • Education: Masters Degree consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements
