Job Overview:
Oversees and engages in a two-person operation, ensuring the integrity of cable communication connections at ground level.

Key Responsibilities:


Leads the onsite activities of a team member in cable maintenance: delegates tasks, offers on-site guidance, and demonstrates leadership as the senior member of the crew.

Operates the lift truck to transport to work locations and manages the lift from within the bucket.


Positions traffic cones and signage to create a secure work area, ensuring optimal placement for maximum safety.

Ensures the proper positioning of flaggers and directs traffic around the operational zone.


Conducts direct line maintenance, which includes the repair or replacement of existing cables and the installation of new cable TV lines, including fiber optic connections.


Adheres to established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and appropriate traffic control measures to reduce exposure to roadway dangers.


Immediately informs team members of any visible or emerging hazards and takes necessary actions in the event of a workplace incident.

Maintains professional interactions with the public, projecting a competent and professional image as part of Bowlin Group.

Performs additional related duties as assigned.
