Job Title: Excavation/Civil Foreman

WP Davis Excavation LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing field operations for excavation/civil construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure daily on-site safety and compliance with company and government regulations
  • Provide hands-on training for field personnel
  • Monitor and report on job progress and costs
  • Collaborate with project team to ensure quality work and timely completion
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Foreman/Superintendent in heavy civil construction
  • 5+ years of experience operating excavators
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
