About the Role:- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient-specific needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a cardiovascular unit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
