Overview:

The cleanliness of a hotel is a key factor in keeping our guests returning and recommending our hotels to friends and family. Our hotel housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We are seeking individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Laundry Attendant. This role is crucial in creating a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest linens.

Your Role:

As a Laundry Attendant, you will:

  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all guest room linens and restaurant/catering linens
  • Keep the laundry area and common areas of the property clean and organized
  • Daily cleaning of housekeeping and maintenance staff restrooms
  • Understand the proper utilization of equipment and chemicals, and knowledge of appropriate safety procedures
  • Assist houseman and housekeepers as necessary
  • Help maintain a safe work environment
  • Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to other team members
