Office Operations Coordinator

Gun Hobbies LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Office Clerk to join our team. This role involves performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functions and customer satisfaction.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and manage inventory to ensure efficient office operations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Help prepare documents, reports, and other office communications, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative forms.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Prior experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including employee discounts and opportunities for advancement.
