Home Health Acute Care Provider

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide in-home acute care in Northern Virginia. Our team delivers comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic treatments, and therapeutic interventions in a mobile unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Work as part of a clinical care team with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT) to deliver care in the patient's home through our innovative in-home care service lines.
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses.
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care and minor procedures.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areas.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, current.
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.

- $100,000 - $150,000 estimated annual salary based on experience.
