Chuze Fitness Ambassador

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our front desk team as a Chuze Fitness Ambassador. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our members is positive and memorable. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, facilitating tours, handling membership sign-ups, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide membership information and facilitate tours
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always clean
- Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
- Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions

Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum average of 12 hours per week
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- Teamwork-based mindset
- Physical requirements: able to read, write, and speak clearly in English, tour the gym, standing for long periods, computer operations, and ability to lift at least 50lbs

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $16.25-$17.69 per hour.
