Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Lead Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Pricing Planning & Analysis department, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing financial pricing models to identify opportunities for cost savings and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend new and revised financial pricing programs based on in-depth analysis of pharmacy claims data and relevant financial pricing trends.
  • Utilize advanced techniques to identify key drivers of costs and profitability in the pharmacy economic supply chain and propose changes to improve financial pricing accuracy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, educating internal and external stakeholders on financial pricing programs and data interpretation.
  • Create and implement pharmacy financial pricing targets for Providers Relations teams and pharmacy/client guarantee management processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis using large data sets, including 3 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with data modeling, analysis, and management using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, Python, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
